On 2 October 2024 the Ambassador of Zimbabwe, Dr Thando Madzvamuse received the Charge d Affairs of Nicaragua, Mr Carlos Soares. The latter is heading the Central American state’s Embassy that opened in Luanda recently. The two diplomats exchanged notes on the long-standing good relations that exist between the two countries. Zimbabwe and Nicaragua who are both members of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) also share a lot of commonalities on world affairs.
